ICAT works with over 50 developing countries through three regional hubs and direct country engagement. ICAT's partner countries rangie from large countries, like China, to small islands, such as Antigua & Barbuda.

ICAT country projects have can have several thematic components, such as NDC tracking, policy assessments or greenhouse gas emission projections.
