Overview
Support the Georgia in implementing the NDC 3.0 by updating the National Climate Strategy and Action Plan and developing an institutional framework to track NDC actions in line with the Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF) of the Paris Agreement. Enable Georgia to manage and monitor NDC mitigation actions through regular data collection, emissions projections, policy assessment, and indicators for progress reporting.

- Apply a selected tool for NDC tracking across different sectors
- Develop and implement an NDC tracking framework for the selected sectors
- Build national capacity on the ETF, and use of the aggregation tool and frameworks in tracking the NDC through the update of Climate Strategy and Action Plan
