As countries start to implement their NDCs, they need to establish a national accounting system for the greenhouse gas emissions and removals of their NDC mitigation objective. This NDC accounting system will generate the information necessary to report on progress made in implementing and achieving the NDC. The webinar will present different approaches for tracking the NDC and showcase the Excel-based NDC accounting tool developed by the Environmental Protection Agency of Ghana.
